With experience in both the public and private sector (both in Australia and overseas) as an internal and external recruiter and Human Resources professional, I've seen the best and the worst when it comes to resumes, applications and applicants.

Having an inside knowledge of what employers are looking for and an in-depth understanding of the job market and how it works, I created JobWise for people looking for a competitive edge in their career.
