JobWise Terms and Conditions of Business

JobWise agrees to develop and supply training as part of our services. The client is solely responsible for proofing and acceptance. A decision to modify or change requirements by clients (if not discussed in the initial agreement) may result in additional fees.

A deposit of up to 50% of the full fee may be required prior to the training session. Unless under exceptional circumstances (as determined by JobWise) refunds are not available.

No guarantee is made regarding the ability of the training provided to result in interviews or job offers due to JobWise's inability to determine how training and documents provided will actually be used by the client.

Due to the varying nature of computer software and computers in general, JobWise cannot guarantee that training documents will appear perfectly on every computer screen. While we take every step to ensure client satisfaction, some issues are beyond our control.

All materials produced by JobWise are copyrighted and protected by Copyright Laws. Upon payment in full, the client is authorised to reproduce documents within the limits of the Intellectual Copyright Law. Partial payment or non payment by the client revokes the agreement to copy, reproduce or diseminate said documents. Such copying, reproduction and disemination is unlawful and may be subject to prosecution.
